As a native of South Carolina, I have been able to capture
beautiful scenes and wildlife. I love all things nature, which is
primarily where I focused my camera lens starting in 2007.
In 2010, I had a complete change in scenery and creative vantage with a move to Texas. The beauty of Texas gave me great subjects to capture. Texas is also where I became part of the Pecan Plantation Art Guild and where I was encouraged to pick up a paintbrush for the first time in 2011. I haven't looked back. I miss the fantastic friends I made there in art (also in the Lake Granbury Art Association) but I am now back in my home state of South Carolina and loving it!
Continuing to dip more into my paints than camera clicks these days, my kids and I try to put art and fun into anything we can! They are my constant source of humor and inspiration. Family is absolutely the most important thing in life and I have found true joy in painting portraits, furry and not. :-)
I cannot wait to strengthen my portfolio with all this beautiful coast, its animals, and its fantastic people have to offer. I hope you enjoy my moments and come back soon to see new additions... and possibly add some of my collection to your home.
